FAQs

‍

What handwash station models work with the Satellite handwash lift kit?

The Satellite Handwash Lift Kit is designed to work with the Tag 4 free-standing handwash stations. It can safely lift and lower either model even when fully loaded with freshwater and greywater.

How is the handwash lift kit installed on the Tag station?

The lift kit attaches to the Tag station's frame using a steel connection system. Once secured, a crane or hoist can lift the loaded unit to the required floor. The kit is designed for straightforward installation without specialist tools.

How much water do Satellite free-standing handwash stations hold?

Satellite's Tag 4 station holds up to 24 gallons of freshwater, making it suitable for high-traffic sites with extended service intervals. The Tag 2 is a smaller, more compact option for medium-traffic sites. Both have integrated greywater tanks.

Do Satellite free-standing handwash stations need a plumbing connection?

No. Free-standing stations are entirely self-contained. They carry their own freshwater supply and collect greywater in an onboard tank. No external water source, drainage, or plumbing is required.
